Abstract

Although the Cold Dark Matter scenario has been a widely accepted theoretical paradigm for structure formation in the Universe, it confronts serious discrepancies with observations on small scales, i.e., galactic and sub-galactic scales. We report here on our recent observational studies of the issue using the Subaru Telescope.
